For rentals of more than 6 nights, electricity consumption is included in the rent based on an average weekly consumption:
• Studio: 80 kWh 
• 2-room apartment: 150 kWh 
• 2-bedroom apartment and duplex: 175 kWh If this allowance is exceeded when the meter is read upon arrival,
 the landlord reserves the right to ask the tenant to pay the difference based on €0.23/kWh (rate in effect in 2023 on our EDF energy supply contract).
